Fresh Salad

A fresh and easy to prepare salad. The special touch is in the topping, which are the bacon flavored breadbits.

  1. Place the lettuce mixture in a bowl.
  2. Peel and cut the red onion into julienne.
  3. Peel the pineapple, remove the hard part and cut into pieces.
  4. Add the onions and pineapple to the lettuce, wrap well and place in a salad bowl.
  5. Drain the fresh cheese, cut into pieces and add to the salad.


Sauce: Add the oil, a few drops of lemon, a pinch of salt and a little chopped coriander, in a bowl or bowl and mix well.

Finishing: Add the dressing to the salad and sprinkle with Rialto bacon bites.
