Hamburger mini-skewers with avocado dip

Do not be fooled by the color of this dip! In addition to being tasty and healthy, it complements Racoto's cracck's, an expanded potato and corn flavored and textured.

With healthy and easy to make snacks there are no excuses for gluttonous moments.

Ingredients

  1. Put the minced meat in a bowl and season it with chopped garlic cloves, salt, pepper and herbs from Provence; involve well. Mold this mixture into mini-burgers and bake in the oven.
  2. Cut radishes into slices and diced peppers. Make small skewers, sandwiching the mini-hamburgers with the radish slices, the peppercorns, and the pickled cucumbers.
  3. Peel the avocado pear, cut it into pieces and add the other clove of peeled garlic, mayonnaise, mustard and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper and mash everything very well. Put in a little bowl and sprinkle with coriander. Finally, serve the mini-skits with the avocado dip and cracck's barbecue.
