Sushi Roll

Sushi Roll is a breaded sushi stuffed with seafood, cream cheese, carrots and cucumbers. It is part of the makis family ie the coiled sushis.

Rice preparation:


Wash the rice until the water is clean (at least 3 to 4 times).
Put the rice in a pan along with the water and let it stand for about 30 minutes, or until the rice turns completely white.
Bake the rice on medium heat for 15 minutes, with the pan covered.
Turn off the heat and let stand, still with the pan covered, for another 15 minutes.
Remove the rice to a platter so that it cools more quickly. Allow to cool completely.


Su sauce preparation:


Add all the ingredients in a small saucepan.
Bring to a high heat and stir to dissolve the sugar.
Remove from heat before boiling.
Add the sauce to the rice and stir. If you find that the rice starts to get liquid, do not add more sauce.
