Shrimp Preparation:


  1. Boil the shrimp in boiling water and seasoned with salt.
  2. When the prawns change color, you can remove them.
  3. Reserve.


Salad Preparation:


  1. Separate the lettuce leaves and wash them under running water.
  2. Put the lettuce leaves in a salad bowl.
  3. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add to the lettuce leaves.
  4. Add the prawns to the salad bowl.
  5. Season the salad with olive oil and a few drops of lemon juice.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Add the whole Rialto croutons.
  8. Serve the cold salad.
