  1. Start by washing the vegetables.
  2. Place the unpeeled pumpkin in small saucepan and cut into small pieces.
  3. Cut the leek into slices and add to pan.
  4. Cut the courgette into small pieces and add to the pan.
  5. Cover the pan and simmer about 20 minutes.
  6. Check with a fork that the pumpkin and vegetables are well cooked.
  7. Grind vegetables with a magic wand until smooth.
  8. If the soup is too thick, add more water.
  9. Cool the soup in the fridge.
